A decorated Army veteran, Edgar is deeply passionate about education, professional development, technology, and process improvement. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in data management, network compliance, and strategic planning across various sectors, including non-profit organizations, transportation, and health services.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Edgar has developed and implemented policies, procedures, and systems in diverse roles, showcasing his expertise in database management, compliance, and technological innovations. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and has an extensive skill set that includes data analysis, Salesforce management, and transportation technology system design. Dr. Gladys Y. Sanchez is a seasoned educator, accomplished author, and dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for education and professional development. She earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Systems and Environments from Humboldt International University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. Her academic achievements and extensive experience underscore her commitment to fostering learning and growth at all levels.
As the COO of GED Solutions, she develops innovative strategies to enhance educational opportunities and community development. With a robust skill set in leadership, structured thinking, and bilingual communication, she excels in diverse roles, including curriculum development, strategic planning, and team mentorship.
An advocate for lifelong learning, Dr. Sanchez has earned numerous certifications and participated in impactful trainings all over the United States of America. Dr. Sanchez’s professional accolades include publishing academic research and her book Traición Inconsciente, as well as leading projects that increased graduation rates, enrollment, and academic achievement.
